Torch Light told me initially that I could have an out of state test drive on a vehicle that was hard to find with the combination of options and mileage that I wanted. Then when they did not answer my second email about logistics, I called to ask if it was still going to happen, when they then told me I was stupid for thinking that they were serious about that statement. If their way of business is to lie to customers and then tell them they are "not logical" for thinking something was true, that doesn't spell good business dealings to me. Avoid this place if you want an honest transaction.

Avoid these people. Their cars have major faults that they don't tell you about. If you do discover them, they will just say "we aren't fixing it". They push an aftermarket warranty, knowing it won't cover the majority of problems their cars have. If you insist on dealing with them, have an independent Volvo mechanic check out the car. They advertise themselves as Volvo Specialists, but they aren't.
