    Mei-Mei has been the quintessential Chinese take-out establishment in the Central NJ area for years.

    Roast Pork Appetizer, Egg Foo Young, Egg Rolls, Fried Rice, Shrimp w/Lobster sauce are amongst our favorites. All their noodle dishes are outstanding.

    Generous portions - You will not be disappointed. Primarily a take-out joint, but there are a few tables for in-house dining. The staff is friendly and helpful. A hot tea urn and water cooler are provided at no charge.

    I have to agree with many others who had left posts here before me, Mei Mei does have the best Chinese take-out I have ever had....in my life!!!! I grew up in Hong Kong, China and I have travelled to many big cities in US before. I can tell you that they have one of the best, if not the best Chow-Mei-Fun dishes, and black-bean sauce dishes I have ever had. No one, and I mean no one can really compete with them (when comparing to all the Chinese restaurants I have eaten in so far both here in US, and in HK) in my personal opinion. I think their Fried Shrimp in Ginger sauce(Cantonese Style) is also an excellent dish. I don't usually order egg rolls, egg-foo-young, and pork-fried rice in any Chinese take-out restaurants in US. But I am serioulsy considering doing so now after reading all these good critics, and many positive comments from every one.
    I would love to continue to go to this restaurants for the next 10,15,20 years like many other commenters on this post. Their always generous serving size, good quality ingredients(no baby shrimp), etc.), and most importantly -- Good food is why their customers keep going back. I hope they would never change these 3 main ingredients to their success.
