User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBEWARE - NEVER use service department at Somerset Nissan - they charged $858 to replace front axle CV Boots on my car. Next day I called several other Nissan dealers and the other Nissan dealers gave me much lower prices to replace the same CV boots - Acme Nissan: $500, Flemington Nissan: $560, North Plainfield Nissan: $520. Next day when picking up the car I told Somerset Nissan about the other dealers, they said they try to be competitive but only gave me $100 off. Will NEVER use this dealership again.

I have to agree on the other observations about service department from this dealer. They actually do come across as if they seem to be doing you a favor by servicing your vehicle. You can never get a vehicle in for an oil change less then 3-4 days out and then it takes them over an an hour to do a routine oil change once it's even in the racks. It's as if they really only do a very few oil changes a day? Out of the dozens of dealers I've used in the last 20 years, this is the strangest in customer service I've ever dealt with. My oil change turned out to be higher with a Nissan coupon then without?

The people there are extremely rude and unhelpfully. They will make you feel that they are doing you a favor by talking to you. I am not even sure how are they still in business with that kind of attitutde.

must be a nissan dealer thing.....i am in mercer county and my dealer is the same way. i would never buy another nissan, i would walk first!
