I can't comment on the workmanship since I did not receive a tattoo, when my 21 year old daughter and I went there yesterday at 3 o'clock so I could get a tattoo, we were told there would be a long wait, Brad was tattooing someone and there were two gentlemen in front of us..so we waited 3 hours then my daughter was informed he could not tattoo me today..I believe this situation was handled very unprofessionally, we should have been informed there would be a long wait and brad may not be able to tattoo me today, I would have understood..We were even discussing with Tiffany the woman who does the piercings what tattoo I was going to receive..there should be a better policy in place so people don't waste 3 hours sitting in there small waiting room only to be turned away... His loss not mine!!!!
I went to Big Brads the other day and got a tattoo by Brian a new artist working there and it came out way better then the original artwork he was very nice and easy to talk to!!!!GREAT JOB...I'll be back soon
i've gotten many piercings at big brads and none of them got infected
that includes nose, lip, clit, industrial
as a matter of fact my first industrial was done where else and it did get infected
then i re-did it at Big brads and it did not get infected :)

I was there when you were sitting down and i understand your frustration BUT. you never bothered to get up from the seat and even check in with Brad to see if what you wanted was possible for that day with the wait. He's there by himself on tuesdays and wednesdays the guys that walked in before you went straight to him and discussed what they wanted. Apart from that he was tattooing 2 other females. Tiffany is a piercer so talking to her about your tattoo is not the same as going to the man who is actually going to do the artwork. You dont walk into a 5 star restaurant and expect to be tended to right away especially if you dont go to the host and add yourself to the queue of customers. Again i can understand your frustration but you should've checked in with him 1st and foremost. If you want the best in the business you'll get a Tattoo from brads, if not then its your loss, def not his, the work speaks for itself and remember a tattoo is there forever. Also, you contradicted yourself by stating he should've told you there was a long wait, when in the beggining of your statement you said yourself that you were told there was a long wait. Policy is simple....Walk in, check with the tattoo artists on wait time, etc. Not with the piercer on what your thinking of getting.
When I walked in, I went to the counter and Brad was Tattooing a girl, Tiffany came to us, we told her what we wanted and she went to the back and a few minutes later said that is would be a long wait...I figured she spoke with Brad. Brad was Tattooing 1 girl and 2 guys were ahead of us at 3pm. Oh, so everybody out there remember to go bother Brad when he is in the middle of tattooing someone, hope it's not you gettin tattooed.... that means lookin over a counter and talkin to Brad about 5 feet away instead of talkin with the another person who is employed there so they can go into the room and speak with him face to face, wow and you call that professional. If I was walkin into a 5 star restaurant I would expect to be tended to right away if not by the Hostess then by someone who works there, as I have been to a multitude of 5 star restaurants and some is always there to greet you, even the waitresses works together with the Hostess....And I didn't contradict myself if you read my comment thoroughly I said IF we would have been told there was going to be a long wait and that Brad may not be able to tattoo me today, I would have understood....INSTEAD of being told there was going to be a long wait..Again His LOSS not Mine... I went to the best in the business and received a beautiful tattoo..
