   I got a terrible haircut and highlights that were painted on half an inch from my head in bright yellow. I knew that my hair looked terrible when I left Panache, but I didn't want to complain. After going to work the next day, my co-workers agreed that they did a terrible job on the cut and that the highlights looked like they were done 5 weeks ago. I called to complain and they offered to have me come in for a consultation. Panache admitted their mistake on both the cut and color and offered to fix both. I agreed to have them fix the highlights, but not the cut. I came back for a 3rd time the next Saturday for 3 hours and had my hair highlighted 2 more times. I can still see the original mistakes and now my hair is all sorts of colors. It doesn't look nice at all and I'm stuck with this terrible cut and color for the next few weeks.

   Ouch
   My facial burned my face and I was in pain for a week. My concerns fell on dead ears. Beautiful indoors, great website. lousy service. Originally was promised a refund....got nothing. As a single mom, thanks for ruining my big one day of relaxation and wasting my $200.

   Good, but not always: I've been going to this salon/spa for almost four years. I have tried almost all of their beauticians, but only one was good, and stuck with her until she left the salon. The manicurists are ok, the hairstylists are ok. It seems like the good ones always leave. Overall, the service is ok, it is better at first but then it seems that the "girls" lose interest in you.
