    I had a bad experience with the guy as well. He was not polite, nor helpful. And it seems like him to deny any wrong doing on his behalf.

    During the month of November 2007, Carm's auto body shop was contracted by AAA to come change my flat tire. Within 2 weeks of changing my flat tire on my Ford Expedition, my entire wheel came off when driving down Highway route 287 during evening rush hour. This was a result of Carm's not tightening the lug nuts properly. Carm's denied any wrong doing when they were definitely at fault.
