Horrible Customer Service
I actually give Property Plus zero stars. First, I had a 6:30 appointment with Mike to show me a property listed on Craigslist that I was interested in. He asked me to come to Property Plus at 6:30 and he would show me the property. And that was ALL he mentioned. I thought it was weird that he would ask me to meet me at his company rather than at the property or my home like most reputable realtors would. Nonetheless, I agreed and was at Property Plus at exactly 6:29pm. He was not there. The door was locked. I called his cell and he said, "I’m sorry I’m stuck in traffic I will be 15 mins late". Fine, but any professional person would have called earlier to let me know they were running late. He came 30 minutes later!!!!! He never called to say he would be another 15 mins late like a normal person. So he gets out of his car (he knows I’m waiting for him in my car) does not even stop to talk to me and walks right into Property Plus and sits down at his desk. So at this point I'm not sure if that’s Mike or not. How could he not wave hi to me or ask me "hi are you Abby?" He looked straight at me! So I said to myself this can't be Mike. Who would act like that? But I walked right in and sure enough it was him!!! So he went straight into telling me about his policy, which he could have done on the phone with me before I made an appointment to see him. I drove an hour to get to Somerville. He told me that I would have to pay him $50 for him to show me properties. Can you believe this garbage? And on top of that that his commission that I would have to pay to him would be $1800!!!!! Anyways the moral of this story is ask what their policy is beforehand and never trust shady real estate agents. I would stick to a large name realtor. They come pick you up at your house NO CHARGE and show you places!!!! Good deal right? :) Good luck people!
