User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI am a serious Dunkin donuts customer, however, I have a major complaint with this particular store. The last three times(this week} the service was horrible. One day I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and butter. After leaving the establishment, I found that I only had butter on my bagel. The next day, my order was for a hazelnut coffee, light and sweet with extra hazelnut. Again I left the store to find that my coffee was plain. Yesterday I asked for the same coffee and found the taste of burnt coffee. What's going on ? Check it out. I will never purchase another thing form this store.
