I took my 2003 Kia Rio in to them earlier this year with some weird tire-related sounds. They quickly diagnosed the problem and then before they charged me for anything, they took me into the garage so I could personally see exactly what needed to be fixed and why. They were very professional, and I feel that they are certainly trustworthy. It s been a handful of months now, and my tires have been working fine ever since. I went to another place and they tried to charge me $500+ for something that had nothing to do with the problem. I'm not that car illiterate, so I walked away. Duane was very open about the repairs I needed and kept me up-to-date on any changes. He didn't wait until the last minute when my car was already opened up to tell me the price. Quoted high and charged lower. My heat is back and so far is working great. Hopefully it'll hold up for some time, but if I need anything else done, I'd go back to HP Automotive.
