   Very helpful and knowledgable. It is refreshing speaking to exterminators so professional and friendly. They solved our black carpet beetle problem in a few weeks when we have tried for over 1 year with 4 other exterminators.
   
   I think they are considered to be on the higher end of the exterminating world because they really cared about the specific biology of the pests invading our home and took time explaining everything to us. We have never spoken to exterminators this educated and knowledgeble before and found the experience refreshing for a change. It was a true pleasure working with them.

   They are a godsend! After trying several companies, they were the only ones that came through and solved our bedbug infestation. We didn't realize how difficult finding a good exterminator would be but now we know. If have a problem, call and speak to Pauline, she was very helpful! We are also recommending them to our coop board and hopefully they would have the good senses of hiring them to service our building going forward.

   We are in a building with a bank branch and offices located in a very busy area of Chinatown with many restaurants in close proximity. Therefore we are extremely vulnerable to rodent, fly, roach and other insect infestation. Each time we have experienced a problem M & M Pest Control immediately responded and resolved the problem. They took the time to actually diagnose the problem and find the source of the problem. Moreover they took into consideration our environmental concerns. If you are looking for a professional, experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, affordable, efficient, trustworthy and ecofriendly pest control company, this one is the best.
