    Lived the nightmare of bedbugs until we had Tim and Champ come to our home. Very impressed by the professionalism, compassion and thoroughness of their visit. We are all sleeping WITHOUT the bedbugs biting.

    M&M is the best. When no one else seemed to be able to develop an adequate approach, Tim was excellent at proposing individualized solutions for each media. Fumigation of props, art items and specialized reference objects was excellent for dealing with a time consuming, tedious and sometimes gentle problem. The bed bug dog was a great way to keep the problem from spreading and pro-actively addressed concerns raised by collaborators, colleagues and trainees, and family, friends and neighbors as well. All in all, M&M were super great and extremely experienced.

    I didn’t know having to live with bedbugs was painful until I actually experienced it. I bought 3 different types of bedbug kit online but none were effective. I found M & M online and gave them a call. I met with them in their office for a free consultation. The representative who helped me was very educational. He explained the entire process to me thoroughly and he also replied my emails promptly. I appreciated his patience very much. It’s still too early to tell if these blood sucking creature are completely gone but I am very happy with the service thus far.
