About:This is where real New Yorkers go for all there sporting good needs. Paragon has been around since 1908. It features three floors of top quality clothing and accessories for just about every sport. There are departments for camping and hiking, water sports and racket sports, plus equipment for more obscure pursuits like fencing and croquet. The store does get crowded on weekends, but for one-stop shopping, this place cannot be outdone.

    poor customer service: I orfered a jacket from paragon sports on April 24th. It came within a week's time. That was good. It was too big and we had to send it back. We sent it back Friday the 28th of April. I called Chai that works there and asked why we had not received the jacket and she said that she would get back to me tomorrow. Then a week later I called there again and Chai told me that she was on vacation when I emailed her and no one else got back to me in the mean time. Then I called her again and she told me that the jacket got sent to Ohio by mistake and they had to wait for it to come back to mail it to us. I asked when we should receive the jacket and she did'nt know. I called her again and asked about the jacket and she told me that it would be mailed two day air and we should get it by Thursday May 25th. I called on Tuesday May 30th and asked again where the jacket was and she told me that someone had to sign off on the two day mailing. (Whatever that means.) And no one was there on Friday the 26th to do that. Chai assured me that the jacket should be at our house by the 31st of May. It never came. Now this has been over a month that we ordered this jacket. This is ridiculous service from this company.

    Diffrent syles and up-beat ahtletic wear: I like paragon,easy to find, easy access subway or bus.
    I do't always like the prices of certain things
