Some of the art work consists of decorated Easter eggs and metal fabrications, everything is handcrafted and artisanal. The Ukrainian Museum is located in the East Village, something quite apropos since the neighborhood once once housed a number of Ukrainian immigrants, as well as other Eastern Europeans. The East Village is now filled with students and other young people, but vestiges of the neighborhood's former life still remain in establishments such as this one. Less
