About:With its brick walls and Alice in Wonderland mural, No Idea bar is a comfortable, casual place to meet for a beer. The crowd is easygoing, and the bartenders are friendly and competent. If you are alone, this is a good place to hang out without feeling like a stranger. It is easy to strike up a conversation at the bar, and you can always watch television if you're bored. Two pool tables in back allow for a friendly game, although on a busy night you might have to wait your turn.

    This place rocks: Everyone's friendly - even the bartenders. Bonus is the pint sized mixed drinks!

    Best "Bar" in Gramercy Park: forget all the trendy wannabe bars and head straight here. Great mixed drinks in pint glasses, large beer selection and the best part is that you bring any type of food you want into the bar, they even have a binder of take out menus. Great bartenders and service.
