    Its the Ritz, if you have a bad experience here- you need to be comitted!
    Love this place, great location over looking the city and the food is always top knotch! Love it!

    Above and beyond!: What a wonderful Hotel. The Ritz went above and beyond. The staff made our children feel like special guests. Everything from our room to the food to the location was perfect. Can't wait to go back. This time when they say "Welcome back" they can really mean it! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

    Can't wait until we return!: This is one of the best hotels in NYC. My husband and I love the views and especially the service. The Club Floor is a must. The food is excellent!
