    This place definitely has whatever you're looking for. However, you will pay as they are quite expensive. But what's worse, you have NEVER experienced horrible customer service like this. They are not helpful. They do not smile and they do not care whether you purchase or not. Very arrogant!
    I'll give them 2 stars for at least having the merchandise. If you can help it, don't spend your money with these folks.

    They've got every baking supply you could possibly need here...but they've also got a surly, unhelpful attitude, and don't seem to know much about baking (or care). Some of the worst customer service you'll see anywhere. Order your baking supplies online and save the trip.

    Very extensive collection of cake decorating and baking supplies. However, the customer service could use a little improvement.
