Every class starts with exercising and stretching, after which we move on to either basic techniques, (punches, kicks and blocks), technical drills, traditional kata or hands-on self defense techniques. Kick boxing & superfit These classes are included in the adult kenpo class package, and introduce students to proper boxing technique, some muay thai boxing, and proper competition style sparring. All students are continually encouraged to work at their own pace, however, this class has a higher intensity level in terms of workout than the Kenpo classes. This is a place for all ages. The instructors are experienced, professional and well trained by Sifu Jack. We recently moved to a brand-new two-floor space at 122 2nd Avenue. This place is a gem amongst the martial arts schools.
