Masterful fusion: When some people say "fusion," they typically mean food that's hard to describe. Bright Food Shop takes the term a little more literally, mashing up Southeast Asian and Southwest American recipes. The result is interesting and delicious. You wouldn't expect these flavors to mix well, but they do seamlessly, and with many of the same ingredients. The chili is always delicious.
The drinks are also interesting. Price is standard mid-range fare, somewhere in the $20-$50/person pending drinks.
Loved it!: I've only gone to Bright for brunch, but I love it! The food is delicious. (I highly recommend the banana pecan griddle cakes.) Also, the service is good and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be back.
