About:This tiny, local restaurant has a strong following of devoted sushi-lovers. The decor is simple, but the freshness of the fish is what keeps diners coming back. The sushi served here is excellent and is accompanied by delicious miso soup. For the non-sushi lovers, there are some good dumplings and cold noodle dishes. Reservations are not accepted so expect to wait. Reasonable prices and good service make this one of the best sushi spots in the city.

"OK" place... The rave reviews given by other Yahoo! reviewers may be a bit over the top. I am not a New Yorker (I am a visitor from Ohio) and not even a sushi afficionado, but I am comfortable saying without reservation this is probably not "the best sushi in NYC" but it is good enough. Reasonably fresh ingredients, though not particularly the most skillfully prepared or presented, in a cool part of town. If I could have given 3.5 stars (rather than 4) I would have.
