About:New York City is certainly known for its bagels, and some good ones are sold here. Over the weekend, you may have to stand on line, but it is worth the wait. The staff is quick and courteous. Served up fresh baked and hot, try one of their plain, sesame, poppy or everything bagels with nova, whitefish salad, and a variety of cream cheeses. What better way to start a day in the city?

    Great bagels and more: I had Spinach bagel (which I've never seen elsewhere) with Sun Dried Tomato with Roasted Garlic spread. Subtle spinach flavor was very unique (in a good way) and the spread was bit dry but still delicious. I wish I had walked in at the right time for more warm bagel tho. I also had chocolate covered macaroon which was one of the tastiest I remember. All these for less than $4! The value is hard to beat. I did see some fancy sandwiches on the special menu for almost $10 though. I must go back to try them someday!
