    Dr. Sicignano helped improve my quality of life.: Initially, I went to Dr. Sicignano for a stiff neck as a result of a car accident. After consulting with him I found that not only could he help me with my stiff neck, but he was able to treat this leg pain (which I learned was called sciatica) I had since childhood, and the problem actually originated from nerves in my lower back. I am 31 and I feel stronger and physically better than I can recall ever feeling in my entire life. Thanks Doc!!
