I have tried for two weeks to get information regarding a class that they offer. My email and message have not been returned. I find it ironic that a school that teaches service and hospitality is so poor at provideding it.

Finely received a call back after several weeks, but shortly after I post this review, interesting. The gent that called claim to have email and mail the requested info but still have not received. He the continued to go on about how busy there are and not sure if they are going to offer the class that they have posted on the web site. He the talked on and on about just how in demand their instructor of the class is. He is being sent all over the country doing bespoke training to all the very wealthy, "it is again the age of the Robber Baron". That I should watch Downton Abbey as this is what life is like for them. He never once asked why I wanter the class or anything about myself. He is clearly impressed with his knowledge of the very wealth and their how they live their lives. Who ever is running this place need to do some serious in house training. Just to make it clear I have been working in the home of the "Robber Barons" as he puts it for many many years. I was just looking to bring new skills to my tool box.
