   Food was mediocre at best. They forgot part of order & insisted I hadn't ordered the item. Took 5 minutes to resolve, then much more waiting for fogotten food to arrive... 2 hours later after I'd already called Seamless Web for a refund. Then the delivery guy cussed me out in a language my children & I could not understand. Wouldn't recommend even a little.

   Penang Chinatown Restaurant Review: Penang Chinatown Restaurant is a nice quaint restaurant in the heart of Chinatown. It is easy to get to and is conveniently located across the street from a parking lot. The Malaysian food here is the best tasting and the best value you can find in New York. You definitely need to try their popular Roti Pancake and Malaysian Iced Tea.
