User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had one of their techs come to my office and I was so impressed that I'm shouting the good word. I don't write reviews ever, but know it's hard finding a trustworthy tech guy in NYC so I'm recommending them wholeheartedly. I had them come in due to multiple issues my previous tech guy couldn't fix: virus issues, some computers couldn't connect to the server, and slow PCs. They came in and after a couple of hours, everything was taken care of. I waited 2 weeks and still no lingering issues. Go for them if you want reliable techs who know what they're doing.

One of my Dell desktops was infected with a website redirector spyware. I first had Geeksquad come out and they said right away they had to reinstall my whole system again which would take 3-4 hours. I said no way since I need to keep the software. So, I had NY Computer Help come out and they removed the bug in 40 minutes. Enough said!

Free diagnostics..and on the same day!
My pictures and term paper couldn't be viewed. My poor computer wouldn't turn on! The techs gave me a very reasonable diagnostic rate and recovered my files the same day. very impressed! They, even fixed my laptop and got it working again the next day. you saved lots of hours of re-writing my paper...much appreicated.
