   I was having major problems with a ticket i had already purchased with my former travel agent and I was told that I wont be able to fly on the desired date but all that changed when I called Matt.He had provided me with a ticket for the same day and for nearly 75% cheaper than I or any one else was able to find it for and for that I love him.I was seriously having a nervous break down and one point I thought I was talking to a psychiatrist because he kept telling me to calm down,relax and that everything would be ok so i will forever be great full for his friendly but also professional service.If there is anyone that could work magic with a major crisis, its Matt.

   Very professional service: I had problem with my previous trips with my own agent, however sungate recommended several new locations and booked me with the lowest fares I could find, i even compared to expedia or hotels.com sites, sungate gave me even lower. Very good service and professional people.
