| About: | This busy noodle shop is a popular lunchtime favorite of office workers from the publishing industry located close by. The menu at Sapporo is quite simple and features a wide range of piping-hot, soupy ramen noodle dishes (noodles served with meat and vegetables in flavored broths) like Miso Ramen, Shoyu Ramen and Curry Ramen, among others. The menu at Sapporo also has other classic Japanese dishes like sukiyaki, which features beef cooked with vegetables in a sauce made with soy sauce, sugar and mirin, the Japanese equivalent of rice wine. Other items of note include the Chahan, a Japanese-style fried rice made with pork, and the Gyoza dumplings. - Anjeeta Nayar |
