   Once was enough: I ate a Ruth's Chris once in NYC. Had a reservation, waited an hour for a table and when I questioned it, was basically told if I didnt want to wait, the door was over there. I am a native New Yorker, not an out of towner, never heard that in my life. When we did sit down, the service was more like they were doing us a favor. The food was ordinary, except for the price.
   You would have to be an idiot to go back to this place with all of the truly great eateries in NYC

   Great Steak: I have been eating at Ruth's Chris since I started making enough money to do so. After all, this is not Bonanza Steak House. They serve a "best quality" steak. Other people do the same. But, I always know what I will get at Ruth's.

   Great steak in Jersey/Weehawken: The NY SIRLION was amazing, wine list fantastic, service could be improved, my girlfriend set up reservation for my Birthday and she had arranged for a birthday cake after our meal but they totally forgot about it and gave us the check, not wanting to be embarrassed we left the place without my cake and Birthday song as promised, great food but service for this wonderful restaurant missed this one badly.
