poor hotel service: Once you reserve for this, you're being charged, THERE IS NO REFUND. If I would have the chance, I would never pick this place again! This place is in a nice location, close to everything else, but hotel service and staff is awful, especially at night. They didn't allow you to do anything in the lobby and you can't have your feet touching the table, i guess they're just too lazy to clean up the table often. The room is too bright to sleep the thicker curtains can't be closed. By the way, the reception asked you stupid questions too!
HORROR!!: I spent four nights in this hotel, and came back home with more than 50 bed bugs bites. Took them four weeks to go away. I would not consider this in line with a hotel worth USD 300 a night...
Just the right spot!: This hotel has a great location. You are basically within a 20 minute walking distance from anywhere! We walked from the hotel to Times Square, Fifth Avenue, Central Park and more. It is close to lots of different places to eat and to shop and it was close to a subway entrance. The hotel itself is older than some others, but the room we had was really pretty big. The bathroom is pretty small (only one person could be in the bathroom at a time). The bathroom, the room itself, and the hotel was clean. There is a nice little cafe inside that we ate breakfast at, and the lounge was nice also.
