| About: | This Theater District diner attracts young actors who flock here in abundance to talk about the latest auditions or who is making what film. The food is good too. There are three spacious dining areas, including an old-fashioned chrome lunch counter. The smoking area in the rear is actually an enclosed outside deck with a glass roof. You can order anything from a bison burger to a pastrami sandwich, along with onion rings, french fries and other typical diner fare. Beer and wine are served. |

I enjoyed my recent visit. We went for a early dinner and the menu variety is very good. Large selection from burgers, pastas, to generous portioned chicken dishes. Loved the meal. The server was attentive but could have been a bit more friendly but in all it was a great experience. I enjoyed the Chicken Francaise, this dish was delightful and the chicken so tender. My guest had a pasta with chicken in a garlic olive oil with fresh brocolli and roasted tomatoes , great flavor. Definately worth a visit to this very relaxing atmosphere.
This place is a must. I love their breakfast. It can be a little crowded on a Sunday morning but the food is great. The service could stand to be a bit better but with food this good it makes up for it.
9th Ave has a million restaurants to choose one but we decided on this because of their extensive menu. The food was outstanding, reasonable prices and huge portions. The service was just ok, the waiter acted like he couldn't be bothered. The buffalo wings were very good as well as the meat lasagna. Would definately go back when I go to NY again.
