| About: | The name of this restaurant derives from the owner's favorite type of hangout. The cuisine is the result of an interesting experiment in Brazilian-American fusion and it works. Seafood takes on a new and zesty existence, and the salads are full of life. User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMediocre food, sloppy service and a rude manager. I won't be back! Dined at Circus at least six times in the past year and the food has always been great. They must have changed hands just before a Christmas eve dinner my wife and I had at this upper east side eatery. The ambiance is very nice and the cocktails are great, but it also wasn't very clean and last time we went. Don't waste your money.

Suits any occasion...: exelent food, drinks, and service. Perfect place for any occasion: business, casual dinning, romantic, or just for drinks...
I have being there many times, and the food has never disappointed.
