Refied my condo in Boca after being rejected by 2 banks. Got a rate of 4.75 and 1 point. Very honest and hard working company. I hope i live long enough to refinance with them again! Maybe a reverse mortgage.

Just completed a purchase of a second home in the Hamptons with Red Wagon Mortgage. Closing was cancelled 2 times because of a title issue with the seller. Red Wagon held my rate for close to 2 months without hitting me with any extra fees. They explained and disclosed everything to me. My attorney who has been closing loans 15 years told me this was the smoothest closing he ever had. Good job!!

Just completed my refinance with Red Wagon Mortgage. I have 3 properties and have completed about 10 refi's / purchases in my life.

Anyway, this was the best refinance experience i have had in my life. I did better then the rate i was quoted. In addition, my house under appraised by about 25k and Red Wagon Mortgage still came through. My wife (who works at a local bank) and i were very impressed.

Lastly, we wanted to refi an investment property we had in NJ with Red Wagon, and they actually told me i would not save enough to make it worthwhile. And they put me in their rate tracker system. Honest bunch of guys!
