    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Had dinner at the Times Square restaurant this past Saturday night. Had theatre tickets for Lincoln Center at 8:00. Just before 7:00, during dinner, waitress spilled an entire glass of red wine down my wife's back. After much cleaning in the bathroom, the Assistant Manager gave us his card and said he'd take the cost of dry cleaning off our dinner bill. I asked, "what dinner bill?" Unbelievable. When the Asst Mgr said he'd have to speak with his manager about not charging for our dinner I told him he could speak with whomever he wanted, but that my wife and I were leaving. We walked out. Can't say I've ever been so surprised by the customer service in a restaurant. Instead of a casual walk to Lincoln Center, we had to quickly taxi back to our hotel and quickly taxi quickly to Lincoln Center, barely making opening curtain. In addition to the cost of dry cleaning it cost us over $20 for the two taxis, we were staying on the Upper Eastside.
