| About: | This restaurant, as the name suggests, is an attempt to "revive" the life and culture of a historically rich neighborhood. It is the vision of the architect, Parag Mehta, when he came across this location and undertook this venture that the restaurant should liven the street scape and be an attractive feature in the neighborhood. The intent of the food is to add variety to what is available in this upcoming area. This project is a realization of a vision, where great thought has gone into developing the concept to creating the right ambience and presenting the food with flair. The decor, created with the assistance of designer, Suzanna, attempts harmony with the elements of Harlem and its rich heritage and the chef PK Jai has put a lot of thought into developing a menu that is unique and yet suited to please each palate. These all go to make a meal at "Revival" the ultimate gourmet experience. |
