User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsApparently, the review below was written in 2006. Government efficiency hasn't improved since then. My wait was 1 hr, 8 minutes, and 58 secs. Yes, I actually timed it. I'll pay the 100% mark-up on UPS or FedEx next time to avoid this trap.
It's a wonder this place is still in business...oh wait, it's our tax money at work! Let's get these folks involved in healthcare too!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsthe longest wait time ever on record: I went in and im not kidding only one person at a window was available and there were 72 people( i counted on line ) on line in the post office waiting. I have never waited for anything so long in my life if you go downtown things are so much in order and people are more nicer as well plenty of people on staff at the open windows are available to you; in which the longest time is about 7 minutes to wait during a rush. I just hope that they can recognize this problem in the uptown area of manhhattan. i mean why not ?
