User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsA companion and I wanted a low key, casual dining experience. We did not find this at the Times Square TGI Friday's. We waited ten minutes for a server to approach our table. We gave him the benefit of the doubt but it wasn't even remotely close to being busy. We ordered two cocktails and two appetizers. The drinks came out with the food (fifteen minutes later) and were watered down. The chicken wasn't cooked fully and we had to ask for silverware, plates and ranch dressing THREE times! When we addressed our concerns with the manager, Cassandra, she was unapologetic and simply demanded to see the chicken. She never apologized for the inconvenience and actually seemed bothered that we were unhappy with chicken that was uncooked and pink on the inside. I am never one to complain, but since this Friday's is located in Times Square, the prices are way above the national average. The floors were filthy and the staff was not helpful. I would strongly urge anyone considering patronizing this place to reconsider. It really isn't worth the hassle.
