User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMy friend , sister and I visited this club and resturaunt on 8/6/09 while staying on Time Square.We were there from Texas to have a good time. The music was great. THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! The waiter changed on without making us aware,when we received a new waitress,she had an atitude. When asked to speak to a manager, he never arrived. So then as we were exiting the place,we asked to speak to the manager again,he finally came over. He still did not make things any better. And they charged me $8.12 gratuity for POOR SERVICES rendered. Plus tghe elevator was out of service.
I would not advise anyone visiting this club, unless you only would like to listen to the music!!
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI was really looking forward to seeing a show at BB Kings because it's a small venue. However, if you plan to get a table and eat, seriously rethink it!!! The service was terrible and the food was not worth the money. Our waitress took 45 minutes to even come to the table to take our order. Once order order was in it too another 45 minutes for 1/2 our table to get our food. The took 20 minutes after the food to bring us silverware and drinks. And after complaints to the management it still took another 45 minutes for the rest of the food to come out. We wanted to cancel one of the orders at that point and they told us we couldn't. In the end they did but not without being very rude and argumentative. As for the show, it was great. If I were ever to see a show there again, I would eat beforehand, and stand for the show an dorder my drinks from the bar. The bartenders had much better service. Take my advice or leave it, your risk. I'll never make that mistake again.

Went to see Karla Bonoff perform here. Good music venue, but ... beer glass was soapy. Waitress helpfully offered me another beer. Just as soapy. Next morning, I still had a soapy aftertaste in my mouth. I won't be going back.
