User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is NOT Tex-Mex: My experience at Chevy's comes from being a native Texan, and it is terrible. The food is bland, and avoids all spices (me and my girlfiend sat there chugging their mini bottle of hot sauce, and couldn't even get a tinge from it).
All you need to know about Chevy's brand of Tex-Mex is that they have no restaurants IN Texas.
