I went and purchased a 2008 Honda Fit and when I first went there everyone was very nice to me and very helpful. After I bought the car they said that I'd be able to pick it up within 1 week. I waited and they said there was a problem finding a model with the options that I wanted. 3 weeks later they called me and said that they have the car and that they've received payment from the loan company. When I went down to get it they told me they never received payment and refused to give me the car. They told me that apparently the finance office at the honda dealers is only open Monday through Wednesday and they couldn't do anything for me until the office was open. A few days later they called me back and told me they found the payment again. I went down, got the car. About a month later I got a notice in the mail that I was scheduled for a "fluid level check". I'm a mechanic so i don't need them to waste my time with this. 3 weeks later I got a bill for $750 for the check that I never had done. (Thats roughly $150 per cap they have to open and look inside and see if there's fluid in there, about 3 minute job.) I called up and argued and got the bill squashed. I will never go here ever again. It was a nightmare.

RENZO of pre-owned dept tells me a 2000 Honda on internet is still on their lot. I ask what interior color is and he responds don't know but will go look. After a few mins returns and tells me beige. Since this was for my grandson, I called my daughter to go take a look at car. She calls RENZO 1/2 HOUR later and tells her car no longer have this car.
FIRST not only does he tell me he has car he PRETENDS to go look at interior for color.
THEN 1/2 HOUR LATER no longer has car.
Should have checked reviews on this dealership. Just put staten island honda reviews in google and you will know what I mean.
DO NOT CALL OR GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Especially Do Not Talk To RENZO.
