Are you looking for techs that are unreliable, change appointments or don't keep them? Are you looking for techs that are argumentative and don't value customers or your buisness? If so you have come to the right place.
The tech guys at RSA are knowledgeable, patient and efficient. My computer was on the fritz so I needed someone to come right away and fix it (had work reports to finish over the weekend). They were able to fit me in and get it all repaired. I continue to be a very satisfied customer and only call them for any computer repair or upgrades!
Excellent repair: Excellent repair, but are know-it-alls. They know everything and no one else can know anything.
They did do an excellent job fixing my computer, answering my questions, but some of the technicians need to "grow up".
