We love their cakes until they are picking a customer. We were ordering a "CAROT CAKE" for 40 little league kids (confirmed). 24 hours later, they called and said "we can not make a carrot cake for your event".

Well, it is always "wholefood" or "lulu's".

This place has great selection and delightful cakes - but is definitely on the expensive side. You can't have your cake and eat it too, now can you?

I too feel that they have enough head room to improve basic customer satisfaction. Not too much to ask, but when one pays ~$100 in cakes and the kid asks for a cookie, they make the final bill of $102.50 rather than throwing a cookie in with the cake. Not that it matters, but I have had pleasant experiences elsewhere - that is all.

The best cakes and cupcakes ever!!: I can't say enough about how much I enjoy this bakery. We order all our cupcakes and birthday cakes from here. The staff was very helpful when my little boy asked for a specific cake. He wanted a chocolate frosted cake with a vanilla butterceam filling and he wanted blue yellow and green stars on it. They were helpful in suggesting which frostings worked best with the kind of decor he wanted on the cake as well as the flavor of cake that worked best. Our overall experience was great and the cake turned out delicious! I would recommend them highly and the staff is always very cordial and helpful. The brownie are to die for too!
