User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI used them to cater my husband's birthday party. The food was absolutely delicious and so very fresh. The Hudson Chicken and Brisket were delicious. My mother in law wanted to know the secret of their brisket! Presentation of the food was beautiful. I also employed three staff. They were very professional and so very helpful from passing the h'ors dourves, to helping my guests identify and serving them the entrees. The bartender was also great and helpful. They were great with clean up. They put everything in the dishwasher or hand washed certain items and even mopped my floor. I was very impressed with the whole event and will not hesitate to call on their services again. They will not disappoint!
