My mother passed away recently, and John made our experience easier to deal with as far as making arrangements. He dealt with all the details, from getting the death certificate to contacting the cemetery regarding burial. His professionalism and direction with all aspects was very impressive. The respect with which he dealt with the services was of the highest standards, and he should be commended for taking such great care in catering to whatever needs we had during such a difficult time.
