User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAfter experiencing the quaint village and walking and hiking through Cold Spring, ending the day with a delicious dinner at Le Bouchon is imperative! You have to go there, even for the food alone. After going twice, I can't wait to go again. Ambiance and decor is rustic, cozy, charming, with low lighting, mirrors and a certain je-nai-sai-qous appeal. Truly feels like you're in Paris or somewhere in a little, old-world town in Europe. Service was great, food excellent, overall definitely worth the trip there!
