This place rates as one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. We were assured that my father's suit would be cleaned and ready by 2:00 p.m. the following day for the funeral of our stepmother. We had carried the suit back from Florida for him and the cleaner promised that everything would be ready for pickup by "1:00 - 2:00 the lastest" on the following day. We had a funeral to drive to in upstate NY.
At 2:00 the next afternoon, guess what? The suit wasn't ready and wasn't even on the premises! We were told it would be back from the cleaner they sent it to by 5:00 p.m.!!! WHAT!???
When we advised that this was unacceptable, that we were not told the suit would be sent to another cleaner we were told that the owner said "there is nothing I can do about it, they can go pick it up". Already late to get my father from the airport and get to the funeral, we had to go out of our way to pick up the suit at a cleaner in another town! No apologies, just major attitude. Thanks for making a difficult time even harder. Save yourself the trouble and go directly to the cleaner they send to in Jefferson Valley..they are pleasant and offer same day service!
