    Only as last resort: I had some service done to my Toyota Avalon at this shop. A day later I noticed one of my floormats was missing. The shop refused to accept responsibility and has not compensated me for it.
    Their labor rate of $98/hr is outrageous too.
    Only go here if you can't get repair done anywhere else.
