Horrible experience. We drove down twice 1 hour each way from CT to look at a used car. Inbetween visits we were led to believe that we could purchase the vehicle at our second visit. Wrong. They would not take our check. Now we are still waiting to get our refund back. Maybe the experience is better if you live closer to the dealership, but they were certainly NOT willing to work with us.
