We went to see Marcelo after badly scrapping and denting the passenger and rear side doors on our brand new Toyota Camry in a run-in with the frame of our garage door. Marcelo worked with us and our insurance company to expedite the repairs since we needed the car for a trip. His shop produced extraordinary body and paint work and the car was returned to us with showroom quality and the integrity of the doors restored. (One of the doors had internal damage that was not obvious to the insurance adjuster when he originally appraised the damage.) Marcelo contacted our carrier and got permission to replace the entire door. He also had the car washed before we drove it back home.
