    The rates are great of westchester with good service and ontime drivers, a good find among so many.

    I requested a car to pick up my boyfriend for an evening out on the town which consisted of a concert at a blues club at 8PM. They were scheduled to pick him up at 6 PM, they didn't arrive until 6:40 PM. This tells me he didn't leave enough time a) to get there by 6 PM or b) to allocate some time to get lost. The car was beat down and the driver is complaining that the dispatcher gave him the wrong directions.In addition, the driver does not know WHERE HE IS GOING. No information seemed to be relayed to where the destination was. Finally, between 6:05 and 6:38 when I called several times, I was told "He'll be there in 3 minutes". The last call I was told they didn't know who I was or what company I was calling for. Take the chance if you'd like!

    very fast service, said they'd be at my house in 5 minutes and that was pretty accurate, a bit on the pricey side though...a ride that usually costs me $10 cost $15 with this company
