I went into the store just to pick up some small, inexpensive accessories and Brian had the patience of a saint. He spent so much time answering questions and by the end, we left an antique chandellier that was rewired and picked up that morning from another shop. We weren't happy with the job that was done so we left it with Brian to re-rewire, clean and polish. We will definitely use Powell Accessories in the future.

This is a real "Mom & Pop" shop. They are delightful. They do the work that you can't find anyone to do anymore - will re-wire, repair, and help choose the proper fitting shade for your lamps. This place is a jewel.

lamp restoration solution: I had wanted to restore a lamp I found at an antique store, but couldn't find the parts anyplace. Then I remembered that these guys specialized in restorations and probably had the parts I needed. Brian was so knowledgeable about various parts that might need replacing and he took the time to ask how I planned to use the lamp. I'll be using these guys again.
