Applebee's Neighborhood Grill

Well, the food is your average, heavily spiced-up, chain restaurant offering, so there's not much to say there. Good for a bite before or after a movie, etc.,

The one thing that seems to be a problem at all Applebees I've visited (Bay Plaza, Bronx NY - Cross County Mall, Yonker NY, A & P mall in Greenburgh NY -New Roc City Mall, New Rochelle NY)is the SLOOOWWWWWWW service. Even during late afternoon on a weekend when there are maybe -MAYBE!- 2 or 3 tables occupied, the service was unbelievably slow.

I work across the street from the Applebee's in New Rochelle, NY and most of my co-workers agree that we just don't have time to lunch at Applebee's 'cause one hour is just not enough time!

the service stinks: oh my god i thought i would have a nice time out to eat with me and my family but unfortunately it was horrible we had lousy service all the staff were sitting at their own lil section and staff is supposed to ask how are things do we need anything but no they walked by like we werent even thier and went to go sit down i went there a while ago but i didnt go back for a long time because the service was bad i thought i'd give it another chance sorry i did i wanted to get the carside to go but i didnt want to go back in and recieve such bad service again because despite the staff the food isnt to shabby BUT when i recieved my maple blondie the whole "food isnt to shabby went" out the window it was this lil sqaure cake with ice cream in a foam container no caramel no whip cream nothing like the picture i was very displeased with the staff,carside to go,and the price and will not be attending there until i hear good reviews and will also tell all my friends and family DO NOT GO TO APPLEBEES or they'll be sorry sincerly worse lunch/dessert ive ever had

I visit reguarly: This Applebee's is pretty good. Sometimes there new servers are a bit slow but in general they are pretty good. I had a few drinks that were not up to par. But the reason why i like the location is because they are walking distance a few feet away from the New Roc theather with armrests that go up. BIG PLUS for big people. They also have a arcade, bowling alley, pool hall, mini golf, right next door.
