User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExceptional Service!: The compressor on my two year old Jenn-air refrigerator failed. I called Tiso, from whom I had purchased the unit and they gave me number for the waranty service center. When I found that the compressor was out of stock and my refrigerator couldn't be repaired for several weeks, I called Tiso to report this. Peter, one of the owners, sent me within 24 hours a "loaner" refrigerator which I used for six weeks until mine could be repaired. My dad always told me to shop the local people and he was right. I can't imagine one of the big boys sending me a loaner refrigerator for 6 weeks. Excellent people. Exceptional service. Thank you, Tiso.
